DTN Closing Grain Comments 05/08 13:53
Bears Return, Knock Down Wednesday's Grain, Oilseed Prices
After reaching their highest price in at least three months Tuesday,
December corn closed down 7 1/4 cents and November soybeans dropped 15 cents
Wednesday, facing better planting opportunities in the week ahead. July
contracts of all three U.S. wheats closed lower for a second day as
short-covering pressures eased.

GENERAL COMMENTS:
July corn closed down 8 1/2 cents and December corn was down 7 1/4 cents.
July soybeans closed down 18 3/4 cents and November soybeans were down 15
cents. July KC wheat closed down 15 1/2 cents, July Chicago wheat was down 8
3/4 cents and July Minneapolis wheat was down 16 1/4 cents.
